A Comedy By Phillip E Hardy With A Transgender Twist

The feature length comedy screenplay, Selling Veronica Cupcake, written by Phillip E Hardy is an Austin Comedy Short Film Festival Fall 2018 Official Selection.  Congrats to to Phillip E Hardy for also winning the Best Romantic Comedy Feature Length Screenplay Award at Austin Comedy Short Film Festival Fall 2018. The judges were impressed with the writing and character development. Phillip has had success with several screenplays and seems to pump them out like a machine. His way of approaching the transgender comedy angle is also unique and a fresh approach that few of the submissions attempted. There are few screenwriters in the Austin market that have made this kind of an impact on the local pool of Austin Comedy Short Film Festival judges. Hopefully, we will get to see one of Phillips films on the big screen very soon. Especially a screenplay like this, that rated a 9.5 out of 10 average rating on 12 scorecards.
